“Chris at CS Installs Ltd was recommended to me when I decided to have a new bathroom installed to replace my old existing one. He arrived on time to discuss my requirements and gave honest advice before sending an itemised quotation. Quotation accepted work began swiftly. Everyone who entered my house were extremely polite (especially Chris), professional and tidy. I was kept informed and updated at all times and any issues were discussed. I am extremely pleased with the end result. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris who is an experienced and knowledgeable guy.”

“Chris was so efficient. It was just a dripping tap but OMG it drives you mad. Before he came I took pictures of the fittings and pipes and he gave me 3 options with different prices — big tick. So when he arrived he had all the right appliances and equipment. He was quick, efficient and I now have sparkling, no-dripping taps. He saved me money as he said I didn't need the outside tap done yet! Wow, I was impressed. I highly recommend CS Installs. When I need a bigger job I know who I'll ask.”

“Chris was a delight to engage with. Leading up to the job, he was very communicative and transparent. During the job, he always kept me up to date with what he expects to achieve that day. Estimations were on point. Everything was well organised, such as timings regarding waste removal from the property. Job was executed to perfection. Managed to score me some decent upgrades on my existing quote, e.g. sourcing me a granite worktop instead of a laminate at a fraction of the cost. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a quality job done to their bathroom.”

“CS Installs have completed three separate jobs for me in the last few months — temperature problems with a shower, a dishwasher leaking and most recently sewage problems from a blocked soil stack. On each occasion I was given a day and approximate time, then received a text on the day with a confirmed time of arrival. All three jobs were completed in the most professional manner, with great attention to detail and respect for property. Once completed everything was tidied and left in an immaculate condition. At all times everything that needed doing was explained thoroughly and on each occasion I received a follow-up text message the next day to check that everything was working as it should.
