CS Installs is a small, local plumbing and heating company based in Tunbridge Wells. I founded it in 2023 after more than 16 years on the tools, and the way we work is the same today as it's always been: turn up when we say we will, do the job properly, leave the place tidy, charge what we quoted.
We work for homeowners, landlords and developers across Tunbridge Wells, Southborough, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and the surrounding villages. Most weeks include a mix of emergency callouts, boiler installs and servicing, and full bathroom refits , we're happy to take on the small jobs as well as the big ones.
Pricing is transparent. You get a clear quote up front, regular updates while the work is underway, and a follow-up message a day or two later to make sure everything is working as it should.

Boilers
Every boiler we install is backed by its manufacturer warranty. We fit the appropriate filters as standard, which unlocks an additional two years of cover. Budget installs typically carry around 4 years; premium installs go up to 12 years , because we're an approved installer for the main manufacturers.
Bathrooms
A 1-year workmanship guarantee on every bathroom we install, piggy-backed onto each installed product's own manufacturer guarantee. If something isn't right, we come back and put it right.
